To charge your saved payment method upon successful review removal

To process your review removal request, we share the necessary submission details (Google Business Profile URL, reviewer names, and notes) with our trusted white label review removal partner. This partner operates under confidentiality obligations and is prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than processing your removal request.
4.2 Payment Processing
Payment information is processed and stored securely through Stripe. The Reviews Doctor does not store your full credit card details on our own servers. Stripe's privacy policy can be found at stripe.com/privacy.
4.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Reviews Doctor, our clients, or the public.
4.4 No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Ever.
5. Payment Information and Security
All payment information is handled exclusively through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your card details are encrypted and stored securely by Stripe. The Reviews Doctor only retains the Stripe Customer ID associated with your account for the purpose of processing charges upon successful review removal.
Your card will never be charged without a corresponding successful review removal event, as defined in our Terms and Conditions.
6. Email Communications
By submitting your information through The Reviews Doctor, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your submission. These emails include:
Submission confirmation and next steps
Status updates on your review removal
Removal confirmation and charge receipt
Unable-to-remove notifications
These are transactional emails, not marketing emails. You cannot opt out of transactional emails while an active submission is being processed, as they contain information essential to your service.
Clients who submit a review removal request through TheReviewsDoctor.com consent to receive service-related communications from The Reviews Doctor. Promotional communications will only be sent to individuals who have separately opted in to marketing communications.
If you wish to be removed from any non-transactional communications, you may opt out at any time by replying to any email with the word "Unsubscribe" or by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any non-transactional email.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to:
Process and complete your review removal submission
Maintain accurate billing and payment records
Comply with legal and financial recordkeeping obligations
Resolve any disputes or chargebacks
Submission records are typically retained for a minimum of 3 years from the date of your last transaction. Chargeback and dispute records are retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with payment processor requirements. Payment records are retained as required by applicable law and Stripe's data retention policies.
If you would like to request deletion of your personal information, please contact us directly. Note that we may be required to retain certain information for legal or financial compliance purposes even after a deletion request.

How does the removal process actually work?
You submit your negative review links through our form (takes about 2 minutes). Our team processes the submission and submits to Google for removal. If the review is removed, your card on file is charged $450. If it isn't removed, you pay nothing.
Why do I have to put a card on file if I'm not being charged today?
Your card is saved securely through Stripe so we can charge $450 only when a review is successfully removed. Nothing is charged at submission. If we can't get the review removed, your card is never touched.
What's your success rate?
About 60% of submitted reviews get removed. That means roughly 4 out of every 10 reviews we can't get taken down — and you pay zero for those.
What kinds of reviews can actually be removed?
Google removes reviews that are fake (from someone who was never a patient), posted by competitors or former employees, posted under false identities, or reviews that violate Google's review policies. We submit them — Google decides.
How long does the process take?
We begin processing within 24 hours of your submission. Google's timeline varies — some reviews come down within days, others take weeks. We notify you the moment there's a decision either way.
What if I have new negative reviews show up later?
You can submit new reviews to us anytime. Most of our practices come back monthly as new reviews appear. Same model — pay only when one is removed.
