1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting your information and saving a payment method through The Reviews Doctor, you ("Client") agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your payment information or review removal request.

2. Service Description

The Reviews Doctor provides Google Business Profile review removal services for any business with a Google Business Listing. We specialize in dental practices but serve businesses across all industries.

We submit flagged reviews to Google for removal on your behalf. All final removal decisions are made solely by Google. The Reviews Doctor does not guarantee removal of any specific review.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 No Upfront Charge

Your credit or debit card is saved securely on file at the time of submission through our payment processor, Stripe. You are not charged at the time of signup or submission. No payment is collected unless and until a review is successfully removed.

3.2 Charge Upon Successful Removal

By submitting your payment information, Client expressly authorizes The Reviews Doctor to charge $450 per review to the saved card on file upon successful removal. Each review is billed individually. If multiple reviews are removed, each removal triggers a separate $450 charge. If a review is not removed, no charge is made — ever.

3.3 Definition of Successful Removal

A review is considered "successfully removed" when it no longer appears on the Client's Google Business Profile at the time of verification by The Reviews Doctor. This is the sole criteria for determining a billable removal event.

3.4 Timing of Charge

The $450 charge will be processed automatically upon confirmation that the review no longer appears on the Client's Google Business Profile. The Client will receive an email confirmation and receipt at the time of charge.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 No Refunds on Successfully Removed Reviews

All charges for successfully removed reviews are final and non-refundable. Once a review has been confirmed removed from Google Business Profile and the $450 charge has been processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

4.2 Refund for Reviews That Return After Removal

If a review that was successfully removed subsequently reappears on Google Business Profile, The Reviews Doctor will resubmit the removal request at no additional charge (see Section 5). If The Reviews Doctor is unable to remove the reinstated review within 90 days of the date it reappeared, the Client may request a full refund of the original $450 charge for that specific review.

To be eligible for a refund under this provision, Client must notify The Reviews Doctor by email at [email protected] within 30 days of the 90-day deadline passing. Refund requests submitted outside this window will not be honored.

4.3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under Section 4.2, email The Reviews Doctor with your practice name, original submission date, and the reviewer name in question. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval confirmation.

5. Reinstated Reviews

If a review that was successfully removed by The Reviews Doctor is subsequently reinstated by Google, The Reviews Doctor will resubmit the removal request at no additional charge to the Client. This resubmission commitment applies once per review. The 90-day timeline outlined in Section 4.2 begins from the date of resubmission.

6. Chargebacks and Disputed Charges

6.1 Authorization Acknowledgment

By agreeing to these Terms and saving your payment information, Client acknowledges and confirms that they have authorized The Reviews Doctor to charge $450 per review upon successful removal, as described in Section 3. Client agrees that filing a chargeback for a charge related to a successfully removed review — where removal has been verified and documented by The Reviews Doctor — is inconsistent with this authorization and these agreed Terms. The Reviews Doctor reserves the right to contest any such dispute with full documentation of service delivery.

6.2 Documentation

The Reviews Doctor maintains timestamped records of all form submissions, removal confirmations, and charge events. In the event of a disputed charge, this documentation — including submission timestamps, IP address records, authorization confirmations, and removal verification — will be submitted to the payment processor and card issuer as evidence that the service was delivered as described and authorized by the Client.

6.3 Costs of Dispute

If The Reviews Doctor prevails in a chargeback dispute, the Client agrees to reimburse The Reviews Doctor for any fees or charges incurred as a direct result of the dispute, including chargeback fees imposed by the payment processor.

7. No Guarantee of Removal

The Reviews Doctor makes no guarantee that any specific review will be removed. All removal decisions are made exclusively by Google. Our current success rate is approximately 60%, meaning approximately 40% of submitted reviews are not removed. Reviews that are not removed are never charged. The Reviews Doctor is not liable for any business impact resulting from a review that is not successfully removed.

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure accurate and timely processing of your submission, Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information including the correct Google Business Profile URL (not a Google search URL) and the exact reviewer name(s) as they appear on Google

  • Use the same email address across all submissions to ensure accurate matching of submissions to payment records

  • Notify The Reviews Doctor promptly of any changes to the payment method on file

  • Not attempt to remove the same review through other channels simultaneously without notifying The Reviews Doctor

9. Limitation of Liability

The Reviews Doctor's total liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client in the 90 days preceding the claim. The Reviews Doctor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost patients, or reputational harm.

10. Privacy and Data

Client information submitted through The Reviews Doctor is used solely for the purpose of processing review removal requests and associated billing. Payment information is stored securely through Stripe and is never accessed or stored directly by The Reviews Doctor. Client information is not sold or shared with third parties except as required to process removal requests with our review removal partners.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Reviews Doctor reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, The Reviews Doctor will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients by email.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal action, Client agrees to contact The Reviews Doctor directly at [email protected] to attempt resolution in good faith. The Reviews Doctor will respond within 5 business days of receiving a written complaint. Both parties agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve disputes informally before escalating to formal proceedings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

How does the removal process actually work?

You submit your negative review links through our form (takes about 2 minutes). Our team processes the submission and submits to Google for removal. If the review is removed, your card on file is charged $450. If it isn't removed, you pay nothing.

Why do I have to put a card on file if I'm not being charged today?

Your card is saved securely through Stripe so we can charge $450 only when a review is successfully removed. Nothing is charged at submission. If we can't get the review removed, your card is never touched.

What's your success rate?

About 60% of submitted reviews get removed. That means roughly 4 out of every 10 reviews we can't get taken down — and you pay zero for those.

What kinds of reviews can actually be removed?

Google removes reviews that are fake (from someone who was never a patient), posted by competitors or former employees, posted under false identities, or reviews that violate Google's review policies. We submit them — Google decides.

How long does the process take?

We begin processing within 24 hours of your submission. Google's timeline varies — some reviews come down within days, others take weeks. We notify you the moment there's a decision either way.

What if I have new negative reviews show up later?

You can submit new reviews to us anytime. Most of our practices come back monthly as new reviews appear. Same model — pay only when one is removed.
